Winter Sun & Summer Moon ships orders Monday through Friday,
excluding all US Postal holidays. Generally, orders leave our
boutique within one (1) business day. You will receive an emailed
shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order is shipped.
We do not ship to PO BOX addresses. If you provide a PO Box, we will
email you, request a physical address; once provided, we will
promptly ship your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to APO
or FPO addresses at this time.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
Can't wait? If you require a faster shipping method, we offer FedEx
Express Shipping. Your shipping charges will vary based on the weight
of your package and your shipping destination. If your order is
received AFTER 1pm EST, it will ship the following business day, so
keep that in mind when choosing your shipping method and your
required date of receipt.
Next Afternoon shipping is guaranteed before 3pm the next business day.
2nd Day shipping is guaranteed before 5pm the 2nd business day after
your order is processed.
TRACKING INFORMATION
When a tracking number is provided, please note that we've assigned
it before giving the package to the carrier. Tracking details for
your shipment may not be available immediately. Some carriers do not
have weekend pick up service, and will not process tracking
information until the next business day following the completion of
your order. You may need to check the carrier's site periodically for
updated information.
For more information on your specific package, please SIGN IN to your
account and review your Order History.
If your order says "In Process," it has not yet left our warehouse.
If it says "Shipped" or "Shipped - Partial" you
will be able to view any available tracking information. Shipping and
tracking information will also be provided in your shipping
confirmation email.
SHIPPING CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
Orders/Shipments are subject to delays, changes or cancellations due
to the following reasons: Products available via pre-order or
backorder will delay your order until the item comes is stock. We
ship these items in the order in which the order was received.
Failure to respond to Customer Service notifications such as
"Payment Declined" or "Address Error" will result
in order and shipment cancellation after 10 business days.
Shipping Errors/ Damaged Packages
In the case of a shipping error, please contact customer service. If
the error is ours, we will issue a pre-paid return label for the
return. Upon receiving the incorrect order at our warehouse, we will
ship you a corrected order at no charge.
Once an order has left our warehouse, we are unable to correct errors
in the shipping address. Prior to successful delivery, we can
re-route the package back to the Winter Sun Summer Moon boutique.
Should you want to have the package re-shipped to an alternative
location, you will be responsible for the shipping charges regardless
of your order size.
If damage to your shipment occurred, please keep the original
shipping carton and follow these instructions:

include your order number, contact information and details of the damage.

Within 24 hours, please call your shipping carrier to obtain a Damage
Inspection report.
For further instructions, review the information from the shipping
carrier used. Request that your shipping carrier return the order to
Winter Sun & Summer Moon at the address listed on the package.
Please do NOT return the order yourself. This can delay your transaction.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Your shipping charge will vary
based on weight and country of destination. Your package will be
subject to customs/duties charges. USPS and Winter Sun & Summer
Moon are not responsible for customs/duties charges. These costs are
determined by your local customs office. Winter Sun & Summer Moon
cannot determine, in advance, what these fees will be.
We do try to minimize these charges by listing the 'wholesale' cost
of your package on the commercial invoice rather than the retail
value. This provides the customs agents with a true, legal value,
while minimizing your costs. We cannot mark International orders as a
"gift" in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees - this
is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do
this. For more information on customs and duties charges, please
contact your local customs office.
Canadian Customers:
Please allow 5-10 days to reach its destination. Canadian customs
sets taxes, duties and brokerage fees on commercial goods shipped to
The Great White North. These fees will be determined at the border.
Winter Sun & Summer Moon cannot determine, in advance, what these
fees will be. GST (Goods & Services Tax) and PST (Provincial
Sales Tax) vary based on the province to which your gear is shipped
and on its value. The duty is determined by the value of the
merchandise and its place of origin (think NAFTA). Goods that are
totally made in the USA will be duty free! But, still subject to GST/PST.

DROP SHIPPED ITEMS
Drop-ship items are shipped directly from the manufacturer, not from
Winter Sun & Summer Moon. All of our drop-ship orders are sent
within 72 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding US postal holidays.

At Winter Sun & Summer Moon, our goal is 100% customer
satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any
reason, you may return it to us within 30 days and we will exchange
it for another item or issue a full credit to your original method of payment.
The item(s) must be in new condition, unworn or unused with all tags
attached.
Sale Items discounted more than 30% or are eligible for exchange only
at the current listed price only. Unless your return is a Winter Sun
& Summer Moon error, you are responsible for all shipping and
handling charges on your return.
Items damaged in return shipping due to inadequate or incorrect
repackaging may be charged a restocking fee of up to 20% of the
purchase price. We also reserve the right to assess a
restocking fee if the return does not follow the guidelines listed in
our Return Policy (including open packages or missing/removed tags),
or if the return accrues any additional damage due to improper care
or poor repackaging. Examples include (but are not limited to):
pet hair, makeup or other kinds of stains, excessive perfume/cologne
smells, smoke smell, missing parts or important tags, opened
packaging, etc.
To begin your return or exchange, please email Customer Service with
your name, order number and contact info. You will be issued a return
authorization form. Please fill out the form completely and enclose a
copy of the form with your return.
To expedite your order it is important you fully complete the
information on the form. Gaps in information can result in
significant delays. Be sure to indicate whether you'd like an
exchange or refund for each item returned.
Go GREEN! If possible, re-use your original shipping box and packing
materials to carefully secure the items regardless of condition.

We suggest you ship your package via a traceable shipping method. We
are unable to refund or replace orders without proof of delivery.
We will email you within 5 business days of receiving your package to
confirm your request.
Please note that returns and exchanges may result in either credits
or charges to your original payment method.
Generally, you will see this credit within 2-5 days of issuing;
however your bank or credit / debit card company may take up to two
2) billing cycles to complete the transaction.
WARRANTIES
Most products are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. If you
feel that there is a problem with the manufacturing of an item that
you've ordered, please give us a call and we will help you resolve it
with the manufacturer. If it is a clear warranty issue, we may ask
you to contact the manufacturer directly, in accordance with their
policies and procedures, and for a quicker resolution. We are
familiar with the warranty process for all of the brands that we
offer, so please do not hesitate to contact us with questions.
